Rupert Murdoch has sold almost all of his nonvoting shares in News Corporation, but because of the company's dual-class voting shares he still controls the company. In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission …

Twenty years after flirting with bankruptcy, Rupert Murdoch is now on the verge of his biggest deal.

The proposed transaction is a complete takeover of UK satellite television operator British Sky Broadcasting (BSkyB), which would cement News Corporation’s move away from relying on the cyclical advertising market to drive earnings.

Instead, the BSkyB business, as well as News Corp’s global suite of cable TV channels and satellite TV businesses in Italy, Germany and elsewhere, would put the company squarely in the content and distribution business, and be far less prone to advertising’s vicarious ups and downs.

It would also continue News Corp’s migration towards direct consumer subscription revenues!

* Keith Rupert Murdoch, AC, KSG, born 11 March 1931 is an Australian-American media mogul and the Chairman and CEO of News Corporation.

Risk And Reward

Twenty years ago Murdoch was facing bankruptcy!

He’d invested heavily in BSkyB which had pretty much drained News Corporation, and it was rumored that he recently paid of his mortgages, which caused a great many investors to sweat.

But today Sky is the giant of television and in addition to soccer Sky Arts, National Geographic and the History Channeland much much more.

How Much Does Murdoch Control The Content?

In the two decades that he has owned the channel, not one editor or journalist that I know of has suggested that he interfered or even made suggestions about news coverage.

How incredible!

Now, twenty years later, Murdoch is on the verge of the biggest deal of his life, benefiting from the greatest of all capitalist drivers, namely risk and reward.

At a conference in London recently he used a quote about the lack of business adventure in Britain:

"We’ve got to get rid of the fear of failure in this country. In America, people start things, fail and shake themselves down and start things again. The animal spirit of capitalism is stronger there".

How Did Murdoch Achieve A Monopoly?

In a nutshell, nobody else had the guts, the nerve or the stunning management skill to take on the establishment.

When he was losing literally hundreds of millions on Sky, his competitors were delighted but now that he has made the greatest television success in all our lifetimes, they yell foul.

What The West Is Now Lacking

Surely with the US and Europe facing bankruptcy, what is urgently needed are more people like Rupert Murdoch.

And dare I say it, "No more Obamas!", because he and his ilk have yet to understand Margaret Thatcher who famously said, "Socialism is fine, until you run out of spending other people’s money!".

Update:

The first oil was extracted last Wednesday (June 29, 2011), and drilling will be clean and won’t leave a footprint.

Read the oil extraction article now.

New Data

New data suggests that Israel may not only have much larger gas resources than previously believed, but actually have the 3rd largest deposit of oil shale in the world!

Put In Perspective

Libyan oil accounts for less than 2% of the world’s oil production, yet the ongoing revolt against Muammar Gaddafi caused the price of oil to leap to more than $100 per barrel in just one month.

Total Share Of World’s Total Oil Supply

According to the US Department of Energy, the Middle East’s share of the world’s total oil supply is expected to increase in the years ahead because the world is using up the reserves of non-Middle East oil more quickly.

Moreover, according to the CIA, of the trillion barrels of proven reserves still left, roughly 800 billion barrels are to be found in the Middle East and North Africa, especially in Saudi Arabia, Iran and Iraq.

Israel’s Political Problem?

The implications for Israel of the West’s growing dependence on Middle Eastern oil would be troubling, for obvious reasons, but two new developments in its energy sector could well offset these trends and eventually alter Israel’s standing in the world, especially with respect to Europe.

Israel’s Gas

The Tamar field, in the Eastern Mediterranean should begin production in 2013, and it’s expected to supply all of Israel’s domestic requirements for at least 20 years, and the recently discovered Leviathan field, which has twice the gas of Tamar, would be completely devoted to exports.

The two fields together have about 25 trillion cubic feet of gas and Greece is already talking to Israel about creating a transportation hub for distributing gas throughout Europe from the Eastern Mediterranean that will come from undersea pipelines.

And what’s more, the US Geological Survey estimates that there are 122 trillion cubic feet of gas in the whole Levant Basin, most of which is within Israel’s jurisdiction.

Israel’s Shale Oil

What is perhaps less well-known, but is even more important, is that a new assessment that was released late last year by Dr. Yuval Bartov, who is the chief geologist for Israel Energy Initiatives, at the yearly symposium of the prestigious Colorado School of Mines suggests that Israel’s oil shale reserves are the equivalent of 250 billion barrels which can be put into perspective by comparing it to Saudi Arabia’s proven reserves of 260 billion barrels.

If the figures prove to be correct then Israel would have the third largest largest deposit of oil shale, after the US and China.

* Shale oil is an underground layer of rock impregnated with kerogen, a petroleum precursor, which ultimately becomes oil when heated.

The Problems With Oil Shale

Until now oil shale mining used to be a very dirty business that used up tremendous amounts of water and energy.

New Technologies

New technologies that are being developed for Israeli shale, seek to separate the oil from the shale rock 300 meters underground and the techniques would actually produce water, rather than use it up.

In a nutshell, the process involves prolonged heating of the rock through boreholes until the residual layer liquefies after which it is then siphoned out and refined.

In 2008, Israel licensed a vast shale deposit at the foot of the Judean Hills to Israel Energy Initiatives, which is currently conducting a pilot project to produce 500 barrels of oil, and if testing proves technically and economically feasible, then the company believes Israel will have a source of high-grade oil worth several decades of energy.

A Seismic Shift

If Israel is able to develop a unique method for separating oil from shale deep underground, that has none of the negative ecological side-effects of earlier oil shale efforts, that technology can be made available to the whole world, and change the entire global oil market, and the effect of the spread of this technology would be to shift the center of gravity of world oil away from Iran, Saudi Arabia and the Persian Gulf to more stable states such as Jordan and Morocco that have no history of backing terrorism or radical Islamic causes.

How Would The Change Affect Israel Politically?

After America’s reserves in Texas and Oklahoma were depleted by World War II, it sought to upgrade its military and diplomatic ties with the Saudi kingdom even before its production capacity was fully exploited, and Saudi Arabia’s status grew as its future position in world oil came to be appreciated, and one only has to look at how the West turns a blind eye to atrocities carried out by the leaders of major oil exporting countries to understand the influence that comes with oil.

Updated international reports verifying the true dimensions of Israel’s undersea gas and oil shale should be forthcoming in the next year and many more international companies are likely to take an interest in its energy sector at that time.

Israel is uniquely situated by its geographical position and would easily be able to direct its energy exports to either Europe or China and India, and although Israel may not have the capital to build this export capacity, the involvement of foreign investors in these projects will give European and American banks new interests in developments.

The world’s policies will not change overnight, but Israel now needs to start telling the the full story of its newly emerging role in the world energy sector in order to alter the way it’s being handled internationally.

One of the most refreshing things about George W. Bush’s memoirs, "Decision Points" is his honesty about his failings, and his unexaggerated comments on his successes, and there is much that Obama could learn from the book if he’d were willing to take on board at least some of what’s written there.

In the book Bush describes:

The basis for his key personnel appointments.

His stem cell policy.

The decision to take the fight to Afghanistan and Iraq after 9/11

The mismanagement of Hurricane Katrina.

The economic blunders made before and during his tenure.

And he also highlights how his unpopular decision to implement the "surge" in Iraq turned out to be a crucial triumph in the “war on terror".

The Bush Doctrine – According to Bush

Beyond specific decisions and various turning points, his doctrine as noted in his book consisted of four main elements:

First, make no distinction between the terrorists and the nations that harbor them – and hold both to account.

Second, take the fight to the enemy before they can attack America.

Third, confront threats before they fully materialize.

Fourth, advance liberty and hope as an alternative to the ideology of repression and fear – His “Freedom Agenda".

The fourth agenda, which was perhaps the overriding one of the four was greatly influenced by the writings of Nathan Saransky and Ron Dermer.

Bush refused to accept that "the peoples of the Middle East were somehow beyond the reach of liberty", and he believed and perhaps still does that freedom is a universal objective that can, and should be obtained by all.

The Middle East revolution that began in Tunisia less than a month ago, and subsequently led to bloody protests and demonstrations in Yemen and Egypt may or may not lead to blossoming democracies, but for that to happen, lessons from mistakes made in Iran in 1979 and again in 2009 must be learned.

In 1979, President Carter stood embarrassingly idle, and in some ways tacitly encouraged the Islamic revolution that replaced the Shah, and in 2009 President Obama also stood idle as a popular uprising was struck down by the brutal Iranian authorities.

What Does Obama Need To Do?

This time around, if real democratic freedom is to be engendered in the Middle East, then President Obama will need to confront freedom’s enemies and not turn his back on America’s long term allies.

Democratic elections are only one element of freedom and, human rights, checks and balances, equal opportunity for all and the separation between religion and state are all indispensable freedom factors.

Iran and Gaza clearly show that a one-time democratic election can lead to the disaster of legitimized dictatorship, and there is every chance that elections in Egypt could lead to the spread of Sharia law rather than to the democratic rule of law throughout the Middle East.

*  sharia –
n. (Islam) code of law based on the Koran; holy laws of the Islam which cover aspects of day-to-day life

Time, perspective and hindsight are required when passing verdict on a presidency, and history will judge Bush for the doctrine he set and the eventual success or failure of its implementation.

Truman, Reagan and Bush

When Truman left office in 1953 his approval ratings were in the twenties, but today he is viewed as one of America’s great presidents. Reagan was once ridiculed as a diplomatic dunce but will be remembered by most as the "Great Communicator" who won the Cold War and Bush may eventually be regarded as the best president of our time.

And Obama?

Obama’s agenda has alienated all of America’s previous staunch allies and gained no new ones, and his economic policies, unless halted by the Republicans will lead the country to bankruptcy by 2020.

Obama is far from stupid and the question is not, "Is he able to learn from Bush’s errors?", but, "How would he apply that learning?".

Until a recent five point drop in the polls and a pummeling from both politicians and journalists, it appeared the he would much prefer the Muslim Brotherhood to Mubarak.

Obama carefully hid his tracks and his policies and intentions are still not clearly understood, but how he eventually responds to the present crisis in the Middle East will provide many clues.

Is Obama, a stranger in our midst?

I don’t normally reprint articles from other sources, but when this one arrived in my email inbox today I felt that it so well captures the unease that many of us feel but can’t put a name to, that I decided to publish it.

A Stranger in Our Midst

By Robert Weissberg, Professor of Political Science – Emeritus at the University of Illinois, Urbana

As the Obama administration enters its second year, I — and undoubtedly millions of others — have struggled to develop a shorthand term that captures our emotional unease. Defining this discomfort is tricky. I reject nearly the entire Obama agenda, but the term "being opposed" lacks an emotional punch. Nor do terms like "worried" or "anxious" apply. I was more worried about America’s future during the Johnson or Carter years, so it’s not that dictionary, either. Nor, for that matter, is this about backroom odious deal-making and pork, which are endemic in American politics.

After auditioning countless political terms, I finally realized that the Obama administration and its congressional collaborators almost resemble a foreign occupying force, a coterie of politically and culturally non-indigenous leaders whose rule contravenes local values rooted in our national tradition. It is as if the United States has been occupied by a foreign power, and this transcends policy objections. It is not about Obama’s birthplace. It is not about race, either; millions of white Americans have had black mayors and black governors, and this unease about out-of-synch values never surfaced.

The term I settled on is "alien rule" — based on outsider values, regardless of policy benefits — that generates agitation. This is what bloody anti-colonial strife was all about. No doubt, millions of Indians and Africans probably grasped that expelling the British guaranteed economic ruin and even worse governance, but at least the mess would be their mess. Just travel to Afghanistan and witness American military commanders’ efforts to enlist tribal elders with promises of roads, clean water, dental clinics, and all else that America can freely provide. Many of these elders probably privately prefer abject poverty to foreign occupation since it would be their poverty, run by their people, according to their sensibilities.

This disquiet was a slow realization. Awareness began with Obama’s odd pre-presidency associations, decades of being oblivious to Rev. Wright’s anti-American ranting, his enduring friendship with the terrorist guy-in-the-neighborhood Bill Ayers, and the Saul Alinsky-flavored anti-capitalist community activism. Further add a hazy personal background — an Indonesian childhood, shifting official names, and a paperless-trail climb through elite educational institutions.

None of this disqualified Obama from the presidency; rather, this background just doesn’t fit with the conventional political résumé. It is just the "outsider" quality that alarms. For all the yammering about George W. Bush’s privileged background, his made-in-the-USA persona was absolutely indisputable. John McCain might be embarrassed about his Naval Academy class rank and iffy combat performance, but there was never any doubt of his authenticity. Countless conservatives despised Bill Clinton, but nobody ever, ever doubted his good-old-boy American bonafides.

The suspicion that Obama is an outsider, a figure who really doesn’t "get" America, grew clearer from his initial appointments. What "native" would appoint Kevin Jennings, a militant g** activist, to oversee school safety? Or permit a Marxist rabble-rouser to be a "green jobs czar"? How about an Attorney General who began by accusing Americans of cowardice when it comes to discussing race? And who can forget Obama’s weird defense of his pal Louis Henry Gates from "racist" Cambridge, Massachusetts cops? If the American Revolution had never occurred and the Queen had appointed Obama Royal Governor (after his distinguished service in Kenya), a trusted locally attuned aide would have first whispered in his ear, "Mr. Governor General, here in America, we do not automatically assume that the police were at fault," and the day would have been saved.

And then there’s the "we are sorry, we’ll never be arrogant again" rhetoric seemingly designed for a future President of the World election campaign. What made Obama’s Cairo utterances so distressing was how they grated on American cultural sensibilities. And he just doesn’t notice, perhaps akin to never hearing Rev. Wright anti-American diatribes. An American president does not pander to third-world audiences by lying about the Muslim contribution to America. Imagine Ronald Reagan, or any past American president, trying to win friends by apologizing. This appeal contravenes our national character and far exceeds a momentary embarrassment about garbled syntax or poor delivery. Then there’s Obama’s bizarre, totally unnecessary deep bowing to foreign potentates. Americans look foreign leaders squarely in the eye and firmly shake hands; we don’t bow.

But far worse is Obama’s tone-deafness about American government. How can any ordinary American, even a traditional liberal, believe that jamming through unpopular, debt-expanding legislation that consumes one-sixth of our GDP, sometimes with sly side-payments and with a thin majority, will eventually be judged legitimate? This is third-world, maximum-leader-style politics. That the legislation was barely understood even by its defenders and vehemently championed by a representative of that typical American city, San Francisco, only exacerbates the strangeness. And now President Obama sides with illegal aliens over the State of Arizona, which seeks to enforce the federal immigration law to protect American citizens from marauding drug gangs and other miscreants streaming in across the Mexican border.

Reciprocal public disengagement from President Obama is strongly suggested by recent poll data on public trust in government. According to a recent Pew report, only 22% of those asked trust the government always or most of the time, among the lowest figures in half a century. And while pro-government support has been slipping for decades, the Obama presidency has sharply exacerbated this drop. To be sure, many factors (in particular the economic downturn) contribute to this decline, but remember that Obama was recently elected by an often wildly enthusiastic popular majority. The collapse of trust undoubtedly transcends policy quibbles or a sluggish economy — it is far more consistent with a deeper alienation.

Perhaps the clearest evidence for this "foreigner in our midst" mentality is the name given our resistance — tea parties, an image that instantly invokes the American struggle against George III, a clueless foreign ruler from central casting. This history-laden label was hardly predetermined, but it instantly stuck (as did the election of Sen. Scott Brown as "the shot heard around the world" and tea partiers dressing up in colonial-era costumes). Perhaps subconsciously, Obama does remind Americans of when the U.S. was really occupied by a foreign power. A Declaration of Independence passage may still resonate: "HE [George III] has erected a Multitude of new Offices [Czars], and sent hither Swarms of Officers [recently hired IRS agents] to harass our People, and eat out the Substance".

But to be fair, Obama is just the newest one in a line of Democrat asshats who have stuck it to America like Jimmy "KGB" Karter and the Department of Energy (now a sick joke on America), and BJ Bubba Klintoon who worked …

Those Now Describing Themselves As "Liberals" Are Very Sick People!

And let me be clear from get go that I mean sick in the clinical sense because only a sick person welcomes his own demise.

Liberalism is the manifestation of the sickness and political correctness is the virus that they are spreading!

Starting at the top, or maybe the bottom depending on how you look at it, we have Obama who was an active communist just 13 years ago, and if you don’t believe me then go take a look at, "Obama was a member of the New Party".

There are no ifs, buts and maybes about this and he was no student just 13 years ago.

The list of destructive things that Obama has so far done to the United States is long but two things perhaps show his thinking most emphatically:

Arizona

His reaction the the new Arizona law was that ‘it was irresponsible".

Islamic Terror

His edict that the administration must not refer to "Islamic Terror" or "Muslim Terror" but must use the phrase, "International Terror".

And If you think that I’m exaggerating that just take a look at US Attorney General Eric Holder, refusing to say whether “radical Islam” might have been a factor in recent attempted terrorist attacks.
});

C’mon, the ONLY international terror is Islamic so why are we denied use of the term?

Political correctness?

Or maybe Obama has other reasons?!

And don’t even dare to mention ‘profiling’ which is desperately needed.

It’s a dirty word, even though profiling would most likely have stopped 9/11, Fort Bragg, and the recent NY bombing attempt, and it would most likely prevent lots of future attacks that are going to be attempted.

The New Law In Arizona

The new law that was adopted by Arizona makes perfect sense and if you’ve read it then you’ll know that there is nothing "racial" about it.

But right now if you’re white and dare to criticize Obama then the lunatic left will call you a racist, but the fact that over 90% of blacks still support Obama in spite of all the damage that he’s doing is somehow OK and not racist?!

More Political Correctness

And how is the lunatic left reacting to the new law in Arizona?

State officials in states like California want to punish Arizona, even though polls show that over 64% of Americans support the law.

Aren’t these officials sick in some way?

Are they pro illegals? Pro people that break the law?

Meanwhile, Obama looks around the US and decides that he wants to model the US economy after California’s broken leftist one!

And the fact that California went bankrupt doesn’t seem to ring any bells!

There is an expression that says, "The fish always starts to rot at the head", and it would seem to be spot on in this case!

Europe Is Dying

Holland has intimated that it will have to accept Sharia law and the UK already has Islamic courts.

Cars are still being burned in Paris every night but it’s no longer news, and storekeepers in parts of France now cower in their shops and cafes when Muslims approach and kick over their chairs and tables.

Swedish police outside a tennis match where Israelis were playing, cowered when Muslims attacked their police cars and threw rocks at them and ripped off their antennas. There is an epidemic of rape in Sweden and it’s Muslims that are raping indigenous Swedes and the police often respond by saying that the women, "probably invited the s**". Much easier than arresting a Muslim and having to quell a demonstration and certainly more politically correct.

Don’t Name The Enemy

European countries that are likely to become Islamisized within 20-25 years are, France, Belgium, Sweden, Norway and Switzerland with the UK and Spain possibly joining their ranks.

A Muslim UK MP recently forecast that soon there would be a majority of Muslim MPs in the UK and a Muslim woman just became a minister.

How can you defeat an enemy if you can’t name it?

And America

The US now has historic statues being removed from government buildings because they are deemed to be religious.

Muslim taxi drivers at St. Paul airport didn’t want to pick up people that had purchased alcohol at the duty free.

Happy Holidays instead of Merry Christmas etc and Christians are now under increasing restrictions because what they practice is deemed as offensive to some.

Just before I wrote this I read that Obama had cut anti-terror funding to NY by 27%

What’s To Be Done?

Americans can’t do much about Europe because it’s too late already, and they have too little influence, but they can cut of the head of the lunatic fringe in November.

Vote against anybody and everybody that insists on political correctness and vote only for those that are willing to call a spade a spade.

If you don’t, then the US will follow Europe!

Professor Alexander Fraser Tytler, a Scottish historian who in 1787, writing about the decline and fall of the Athenian Republic over two thousand years before, said:

"A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship."

"The average age of the world’s greatest civilizations has been 200 years and those nations progressed through this sequence".

"From bondage to spiritual faith
From spiritual faith to great courage
From courage to liberty
From liberty to abundance
From abundance to complacency
From complacency to apathy
From apathy to dependence
From dependence back again into bondage".

Where are YOU on the transition above?

President Obama, like most American presidents, is lucky that the public pays little attention to foreign policy and rarely casts its votes on the basis of presidential foreign-policy performance. It required something as dramatic …

ObamaCare finally scraped through and seems too have given Obama a little boost back home, but his overseas agenda is looking worse and worse.

Before going into the blunders it needs to be said that although the Obama administration did achieve a missile treaty with Russia, it was far more profitable for Russia than for the U.S. because Russia needed to reduce the costs of its nuclear arsenal, and the arms talks with the U.S. gave it some wanted prestige.

So Who Has Obama Upset So Far?

  Canada

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton publicly criticized the Canadians for failing to invite all eight members of the Arctic Council to a recent consultation and the following day, the Canadian Foreign announced that Canada will be ending its Afghan mission next year.

Just one day after the above was written, Clinton again publicly attacked Canada.

This time critiquing it’s approach to abortion.

Obama Is Perceived As Weak And Naïve

North Korea, Cuba, Venezuela and Iran have totally rejected the administrations overtures and the administration’s actions have simply given the world the impression that the administration is weak.

It’s possible that the reason that Israel is being given such a hard time right now, is not so much because of its insistence on building homes in east Jerusalem, but because the U.S. needs to gain some badly needed credibility.

Natanyahu Makes A Master Play

I’m simply amazed at how many supposed political pundits misread what happened in Jerusalem during Biden’s recent visit.

  Journalists whom you’d imagine would know better almost  jumped with joy and wrote such nonsense as;

“Bibi angry and embarrassed”.

“Bibi apologizes for unbelievable gaffe”.

Ehud Barak is angry”.

“Red faces in Jerusalem”.

  Etc. etc.

  A Master Play

The announcement, during Biden’s visit that plans to build 1,600 homes in East Jerusalem, had been approved was obviously orchestrated and both Bibi and Eli Yishai (who is a very astute politician) played excellent poker.

Joe Biden most likely doesn’t not know it, but the Palestinians certainly remember that a similar Israeli maneuver was used in order to get a green light for East Jerusalem’s Har Homa neighborhood.

  What Really Went Down

If you find it hard to believe that the announcement was premeditated then just look at the end results.

Following Bibi’s apology for the announcement, and his statement that actual construction in Ramat Shlomo would not start for several years Biden said at Tel Aviv University:

"The substance and timing of the announcement, particularly with the launching of proximity talks, is precisely the kind of step that undermines the trust we need right now".

and added that,

“The U.S. has no better friend than Israel”.

So intended or not, what Biden publicly implied was that the timing of the announcement was embarrassing, but the intended building in a few years time would be OK.

Thus Israel essentially received an American green light for its building plans in East Jerusalem.

Israel obviously doesn’t need a green light to build but feels much better when it gets it.

  The Cherry On The Cake

Prior to Biden’s arrival, the Arab League had just recommended that the Palestinian Authority’s President Mahmoud Abbas agree to Washington’s proposal for indirect talks with Israel, but now, instead of being able to leave with an announcement that the talks have officially begun, Biden left with the news that Abu Mazen wouldn’t agree to talks and that the Arab League had suspended its recommendation.

Biden’s visit to Israel was intended to pressure Netanyahu to advance negotiations, but Abu Mazen is now refusing to enter into talks and the world is instead looking to the Arab League summit in Tripoli which is due to kick off in just under two weeks, to see what it proposes.

I was recently amazed at how many journalists bought into the idea that Mossad sent 28 plus operatives to Dubai to exterminate a cockroach, and never questioned why Mossad would use the names of Israeli residents etc.

In short, it’s clear that most political writers would be better off writing about some other subject, almost any other subject than politics, because they obviously haven’t got a clue when it comes to interpreting politicians and their plays.

But They Can’t See It Coming

Click above to see a larger image!

According to a new grammar rule in the Netherlands and Belgium, the name “Christ” must now be written with a lower-case “c”.

The Dutch word for “jews” (joden) must now be written with a capital “J” when referring to nationality and with a lower-case “j” when referring to the religion, but whether Islam should be written as islam or not is not stated.

Non-Muslims (kafirs) are perhaps waging a war against terror, but they are not defending themselves against a World Caliphate and a world governed by Sharia.

Kafir – a derogatory term for a person who is not a Muslim; a nonbeliever, an infidel.
Caliph – a Muslim religious or political leader.
Caliphate – dominion of a caliph.
Sharia – Islamic code of law based on the Koran.

Non-Muslims should be at war with those who believe that:

Death in defense of the faith is the highest possible good.
Cartoonists should be killed for caricaturing the prophet.
A Muslim who loses his faith should be slaughtered in the name of apostasy.

Moderate And Extremist Muslims.

We continually hear liberal pleas that extremist Muslims are a tiny majority and that the majority are not, but Muslims that publicly condemn extremism and jihad can be counted on one hand and so called moderates who say that they wouldn’t themselves commit an act of terror frequently add that they wouldn’t inform on somebody that wasn’t going to carry one out.

Many studies have found that the most radicalized Muslims tend to have better-than-average educations and economic opportunities, so Muslim terrorism doesn’t therefore spring from economic despair, lack of education, American militarism or Israel’s existence and numerous appeasers would have us believe.

  The Liberal Failure

Since liberals pride themselves with being reasonable and tolerant of diversity they should be especially sensitive to the dangers of religious fanaticism, but they aren’t and in the U.S. it’s the Christian right that is pointing out the dangers of a creeping Islamic takeover and the doctrine of multiculturalism has left a secular Europe even more blind to impending doom than America, and those who do speak out against Islamization are quickly labeled as fascists.

Democracy Or Sharia?

The sad truth is that it probably already too late for most or even all of Europe because of the low indigenous birth rate which has been prevalent for several decades now. A birthrate of 2.1 is said to be necessary to maintain a population and when Muslim births are excluded those in all European countries are in the 1.2 -1.4 range, whereas when Muslim births are included the rate rises to 4-5%.

Given the above numbers, it should be apparent that Europe will soon be left with one of two choices, Democracy or Sharia.

France for example will have a Muslim majority within twenty five years, and if it is still a democracy then its democracy will be used to overthrow it and a similar pattern will occur throughout Europe.

As a side note, it’s possibly interesting to compare the fall of Europe with the fall of the Roman Empire.

Following Rome’s decline, its women often wanted no more than one child and it’s men imported slaves from Africa to do the work.

Rome was defeated by an enemy that it would have swatted like a fly just a few decades earlier.

If the above rings a bell, then please answer the call!

There is a saying in the Middle East, “What is the difference between a moderate and an extremist Muslim?

The answer?

“The extremist wants to kill a kafir today and the moderate wants to kill him tomorrow!”

He knows they’ll be a backlash, but he’d sooner face it now rather than later, whereas many countries in Europe, the UK, Holland, Belgium, Switzerland, Norway and Sweden for example, decided to take the passive approach and will most likely succumb to Sharia within a few short years.

  * (Islam) A code of law based on the Koran.

France is swamped with violent Muslims that burn cars every night in Paris and terrorize the indigenous French, but at least Sarkozy is fighting back, although he’s probably fighting a losing battle since Muslims will most likely be the majority within 25 years, meaning that France and other countries will soon be forced to choose between Democracy and Islam.

And the driver was simply reprimanded and not fired!?

  Take It Or Leave It!

“ I am tired of this nation worrying about whether we are offending some individual or their culture. Since the terrorist attacks on Bali , we have experienced a surge in patriotism by the majority of Australians”.

‘This culture has been developed over two centuries of struggles, trials and victories by millions of men and women who have sought freedom”.

“’We speak mainly ENGLISH, not Spanish, Lebanese, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, or any other language. Therefore, if you wish to become part of our society . Learn the language!”.

“’Most Australians believe in God. This is not some Christian, right wing, political push, but a fact, because Christian men and women, on Christian principles, founded this nation, and this is clearly documented. It is certainly appropriate to display it on the walls of our schools. If God offends you, then I suggest you consider another part of the world as your new home, because God is part of our culture”.

“We will accept your beliefs, and will not question why. All we ask is that you accept ours, and live in harmony and peaceful enjoyment with us”.

“This is our country, our land, and our lifestyle, and we will allow you every opportunity to enjoy all this. But once you are done complaining, whining, and griping about Our Flag, Our Pledge, Our Christian beliefs, or Our Way of Life, I highly encourage you take advantage of one other great Australian freedom, ‘THE RIGHT TO LEAVE”.

“If you aren’t happy here then LEAVE. We didn’t force you to come here. You asked to be here. So accept the country YOU accepted”.

  A Side Note

Rudd had already angered Australia’s Muslims by saying that he supported spy agencies that would monitor the nation’s mosques.

Australia’s total population is around 19,000,000 and it has around 383,000 Muslims which is approximately 2% of the population.

But Most Americans Now Wish That He Would!

Obama To Push The Same Failed Agendas

Perhaps the he most revelatory words from President Barack Obama’s State of the Union address were the ones that he uttered near to the end of his speech, "I don’t quit’, and what became clear was that he intends to pursue his favored agendas that caused the loss of Massachusetts and most likely Virginia and New Jersey as well.

And many pundits are now considering that his rejection of the public’s will, might well cause Pelosi to lose control of the house.

What Does Obama Still Want?

He Implied That He Would Continue To Push For:

a) A government takeover of health care.
b) An already rejected cap-and-trade legislation that would raise taxes and power costs.
c) Another stimulus bill, even though only 30% of the first $700 billion has so far made its way into the system and the real jobless rate is now at 17.3%

It’s presently far too common for journalists to avoid mentioning the 17.3% figure which is the true one.

* Aren’t people that gave up looking for a job "unemployed"?

The Inconsistent Messages

After seeming to agree that private businesses create jobs, Obama then proposed some business tax breaks but then segued into promoting his big government ideas by suggesting that more subsidies for green jobs and mass transit projects like high-speed rail would be needed.

He then recommended a spending freeze on a small portion of the 2011 budget which the liberals are strongly against, but went on to add that it would not happen until after he had increased spending this year.

  * A ‘spending freeze’ means that past spending increases will still be locked into the budget.

Obama Will Effectively Raise Taxes

Obama then boasted that he hadn’t raised taxes, but he failed to mention that he will let income tax increases go into effect – by letting the Bush tax cuts lapse at the end of this year.

An Attempt At Bi-Partisanship?

Obama seemingly reached out to Republicans by suggesting that he was in favor of more nuclear power plants and an increased exploration of offshore oil, but what he didn’t mention was that his failed cap-and-trade bill didn’t mention nuclear power or the expansion of domestic oil production.

A Call For Greater Unity?

Under the banner of bringing about unity, Obama went on to attack bankers, corporate executives and lobbyists and even verbally assaulted the U.S. Supreme Court for upholding the speech rights of companies in last week’s ruling on corporate campaign contributions, and we even saw Supreme Court Justice Alito mouthing the words, "Not true"!

Bill Clinton Saw The Light

Bill Clinton was quick to see that the only chance of survival was by moving to the political center after suffering stunning election losses in 1994, but Obama for all his supposed brilliance has not yet grasped the nettle, and his message still favored a big government approach with a possible smattering of tax breaks and other sleights of hand in an attempt to provide his extreme left wing policies with a different veneer.
